Ballet photoshoot sessions at international events
Alongside competition coverage, LK Studio has offered ballet photoshoot sessions for participants at YAGP and YGP events in Europe, including Paris, Milan and Nervi in Italy. These sessions have been led by guest dance photographers working with LK Studio, at locations near the event and sometimes outdoors at landmarks.
Session details change from event to event. Dancers taking part in an upcoming event can contact us to ask what is available.
How to prepare for a ballet photoshoot
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.
- Come in your outfit and make-up, ready to shoot.
- Arrive warmed up, with about five poses in mind.
- For outdoor sessions, bring booties to cover your pointe or ballet shoes, as there may be a short walk between locations.
