Conferences have many moving parts: keynotes in the main hall, breakout sessions, a step and repeat at registration, an evening awards dinner. Instead of hiring separate vendors for each, LK Studio brings one coordinated crew that covers every room and delivers everything through one point of contact.

How it works
Every engagement starts with a complimentary consultation. We review your agenda, rooms and priorities, then plan coverage so the right person is in the right room at the right time. On the day, our photographers, cinematographers and IT specialists work as one team. Afterwards, we edit, colour-correct and deliver your photos and videos online.
