Q: How many photos are in one dance routine?
A: It depends on the length of the routine. We usually take approx. 50 photos per dance performance.

Q: How do I get my photos?
A: We will e-mail you instructions to view and download online once your order is ready.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: 3-6 weeks. We process all photos and videos in the order received for each dance competition. Post-event orders usually take longer because we process on-site event orders first.

Q: Can I expedite my order?
A: We offer rush service for on-site orders only. If you need your order for an urgent reason, such as college application, please make a note in the note section during check-out.
