My team and I had a great time as the wedding photographers and videographers for Caroline and Andrew’s Wedding. This post has select Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden Wedding Photos from their big day. The couple decided on a Harry Potter Theme wedding. Check out their Harry Potty style wedding invitation; it looks amazing with the theme. The bride created the invitation cards herself. The ceremony was held in May 2015. We love spring time wedding photo shoots because the weather is nice in So Cal most of the time.
We love Caroline’s idea on the colorful bridesmaid dresses. The bridesmaids had a blast as they were getting ready for the Caroline & Andrew’s wedding. The couple had a suite at Hilton Double Tree Inn in Claremont. It was a few minutes from the ceremony at the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden. The room had great lighting and it looks good with the colors.
The bride and groom had their first look moment by a small pond inside the garden. We took our photos from afar so that they can have their moment together. Below are some candid wedding photos.
We then moved to another location to take wedding party photos. As you guess it, the bride wanted a photo with the wands she brought so they can have a magic Harry Potter’s touch.
The outdoor wedding ceremony was held inside the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden. The flower girl did an amazing job even though she is only two and a half years old! She bravely walked all the way down the aisle and sprinkled flower petals the entire way!
We love capturing moments such as the bride walking down the aisle with her father. It makes doing wedding photos worthwhile.
The couple had a great set up that looks ancient and magical for the wedding.
The reception was fun and the couple brought Harry Potter props for the photo booth. There were a lot of candies and treats! We made sure to bring off camera flashes because it was an outdoor night time reception. The night was full with laughters and good food.
